The South Alabama Gator Club® is an affiliate organization of the University of Florida Alumni Association.
The mission of the South Alabama Gator Club® is to foster and enhance the relationship between the University of Florida, its alumni, students and friends and to support the university's mission of teaching, research and service.

It is that season again! No, not football season (I wish) but the season to vote for new Club Officers. Our little Club has grown since its humble beginnings not that long ago. Deep in T & T (Tide & Tiger) country our Gators continue to show their pride. When out and about in the Mobile area it is always good to see the Orange & Blue (not the orange-ish & blue-ish colors from AU). Remember to greet fellow Gators with the well known, universal greeting of "GO GATORS".
The Mobile area is expected to be a big draw for new UF grads looking for work. We want and need people who can make the South Alabama Gator Club the best in Region 7. We can do it! All we need are people willing to take the initiative and the lead. Nominations will be accepted until 4 PM (Central) on July 17, 2009. Motorcycle Enthusiasts:
If there is any Gator motorcycle enthusiasts that would like to get together every-so-often for a group ride please contact Len Agnello. The more the merrier (or should I say 'Gatorer').

For those who did not watch the SEC Field & Track Championship meet here is the news. Our lady Gators took 1st place and the guys finished 2nd. Go do some ragging on the guys ladies, you earned it! An outstanding effort by all! GO GATORS!
